The Perfect Pointe only uses information provided on the Pointe Shoe Suggestion Form for the purpose of helping people find pointe shoes for members of Ballet Talk for Dancers. We may e-mail you if there is a problem with your form submission. After the form is processed, that information is deleted. So, none of your information is used in any other way by The Perfect Pointe.
There are cookies on the site from Google-- which we use as a host. We collect no information from those cookies.
